At the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE)are quoted the stocks of the Romanian large companies. The right to negotiate and conclude transactions within BSE exclusively belongs to trasferable securities companies members of BSE. The transferable securities companies are joint stock companies which are agents of transactions with tranferable securities, but whIch can also operate as a broker or dealer.
